Appointments

CANCELLATIONS: We kindly ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon services.

RIGHT TO SERVICE: Service providers reserve the right to refuse service and/or require a deposit to make an appointment in the future for clients with excessive or subsequent last-minute cancellations or no shows.

CLOTHING PROTECTION: We provide and highly encourage a color robe with every color and/or chemical service. However, even with a robe, there’s always a risk of color or skin products traveling, so please protect your clothing by leaving them on the hanger. Tease Salon will not be held liable for any staining or damages to clothing.

GUARANTEE OF SERVICE: If you are not satisfied with the quality of any service please notify us within 48hrs and we will consult with you to determine how we may adjust your service accordingly. No refunds or credit for services will be given, but our stylists’ top priority is 100% happy clients and to ensure your satisfaction with your service results.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Any clients receiving any hair or esthetics services, including but not limited to: Installation of hair extensions, coloring, relaxing, bleaching, any chemical treatment on the hair, waxing, tinting, etc is voluntarily participating in the services previously mentioned at their own risks. As for consideration to continue with the said services the client is hereby knowingly and voluntarily entering into this waiver and release of liability automatically at the time of services and hereby waiving any rights, claims or cause of action of any kind whatsoever arising from their participation in these services or any service rendered . The client automatically at time of services releases and forever discharges TEASE SALON, located at 401 EAST LAS OLAS BLVD, SUITE 125 in FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA 33301, their affiliates, managers, owners, staff and volunteers for any damages, injury, including but not limited to: hair or skin damage, allergic reactions and/or hair loss that may incur as a direct participation in the aforementioned activities. Any client receiving services is voluntarily participating in the services previously mentioned at their own risks. Please keep in mind that dryness, itchiness, flakiness, redness, and tight skin, are all very normal reactions to any chemical service. Tease Salon is not liable for any reaction to chemical services. If you need any more support as far as how to handle any reaction, please reach out to a licensed health professional.
